How to Order Your Custom Embroidery
Getting your own custom embroidery is super easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Fill Out the Form: Start by filling out the form below.
We need your contact info and details about what you want to be embroidered
(like fabric type, color, and size).
2. Upload Your Design: Attach a picture of the design you want.
Make sure it’s clear and high-quality so we can make it look amazing!
a) We’ll Review and Confirm: Once we get your info, we’ll check everything over and reach out to confirm your order. We’ll also answer any questions you have.
b) We Get to Work: After everything’s confirmed, we’ll start working on your embroidery. Our talented team uses top-notch equipment and materials to make your design look fantastic.
3. Delivery: When your custom piece is ready, we’ll package it up with care and send it to your address.

FAQ
How To Upload Your Photos to Us.
Simply click the displayed "Click to choose a file or drag here" button to view the files on your computer's hard drive, floppy drive or digital camera. Select the image file you wish to upload and click OK.
Please note the following:
We accept images with the following extensions: .jpg and .gif (GIF images will not reproduce as well as other formats because of color compression.)
Files must be 10MB or smaller. The upload time will depend on the file size and your Internet connection speed. Please be patient when uploading a large image.
Please try to use the best-quality image possible. The recommended settings are 2000 pixels and 300 dpi. If your image is below the minimum resolution/size requirements, do not simply increase the size in your editing software. You must either rescan the image or use a higher-quality image.
When scanning in photographs, please use a resolution of 300 dpi or more. When taking digital images, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality.
Your image will be reproduced as it appears. In some cases, we may crop the image for size, to fit the product you order. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce
the best results.
(We reserve the right to refuse reproduction of submitted photos at our discretion should they be licensed, copyrighted, or deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.)
How long does delivery take?
Processing your order takes us between 5-7 business days, depending on the product and
quantity. Once we have your order ready, we send it through the Post Office and delivery will be made within 3-5 business days, depending on the type of shipping you choose.
Keep in mind that when working with personalized products, processing may vary, and delivery dates may always be variable.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once you place your order, we will prepare it within the corresponding deadline, depending on the product and quantity. You can check the deadlines on the Shipping Policy page
Once ready, we will send you an email notifying you of the shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no.
- Orders can’t be canceled because your item is personalized, and it cannot be
restocked or resold.
- Once you have reviewed, approved, and placed your personalized order, it is immediately sent to our production facilities. The personalization process starts
immediately.
Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order.
Check spelling, dates, names and shipping address carefully.
Personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
That said, we are here to help!
If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original
packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate store credit or a full refund.
All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
